Put the World in Your Students' Hands

The GEOCYCLE is a geometric form called a HEXAFLEXAGON* formed by connecting together the two ends of a chain of six TETRAHEDRA. The only tools required are children’s scissors, a straight edge, and paper glue or scotch tape.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Manipulate the GeoCycle by pushing the bottom points up through the center. As each set of surfaces come into alignment, you will be able to identify a different hemisphere..

* A hexaflexagon is a strip of paper with six sides folded up into each other, which you then manipulate, or “flex” to reveal the hidden sequence of pictures. (aka 'cootie catcher')
